Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This policy explains what Launch2Cloud does with your information when you visit launch2cloud.com or send us a message. It is written in plain language on purpose. We sell security work, so it would be strange to hide behind vague wording here.
In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Launch2Cloud, operating from the United States. “You” means the person visiting the site.
The short version
- The only information we ask for is what you type into the contact form.
- We use it to answer you. That is all.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
- This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your company or project name if you choose to enter one, and the message you write. You decide what goes in the message, so please do not include passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive material.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is served, including IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. These logs exist for security and reliability. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
- No user accounts, and no passwords. This site has no login.
- No payments. Nothing is sold or charged through this website.
- No analytics or advertising trackers.
- No cookies for tracking. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is stored in your own browser using local storage and never leaves your device.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare an assessment or quote, and to follow up about that request. If you and we go on to work together, the resulting engagement is covered by the separate agreement we sign, not by this page.
Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is your consent when you choose to contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in keeping the site secure.
Who else touches your data
We keep the list short on purpose.
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website and delivers the email that carries your enquiry to us. Your submission and the server logs are processed on Microsoft infrastructure.
That is the whole list. Every image, font, and script on this site is served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last exchange. Server logs are kept for a short retention window by the hosting platform. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent. Write to us at the address below and we will act on it. There is no charge, and we will not make it difficult.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries reach us through our own cloud account, protected by current security settings. Credentials used by the site are stored in a secrets vault rather than in code, and access is limited to what is strictly needed. No system is perfect, but these are the same practices we set up for our clients.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
